This is the same lobe of Calmodulin in the Ca2+ state. Note how
the colouring has changed completely and there is a large white
hydrophobic patch for target binding and large binding pocket has been
formed. You can now see how as well as changing the overall structure of
the protein the addition of Calcium changes the binding surface
dramatically.
